Six Trail Races through Wild Maine Landscapes

Thank you to all those runners, walkers, volunteers, and other conservation supporters who have helped to make the Downeast Conservation Trail Race Series such a success, with the number of series finishers doubling between 2018 and 2019.

After careful reflection, the six hosting conservation organizations have  decided to give the series a break for a while and there will be no series as such in 2020.  Each organization will continue to organize it's own event, but there will be no recognition for participation in the whole series.  We may decide to restart the series at a later date.

The six individual events are hosted by local non-profit organizations working to conserve Downeast Maine’s natural environment and these unique races take place on community supported nature and wildlife preserves across Downeast Maine from Orland to Baring.  We will continue to try to coordinate our dates and post registration links on this page.  If you have questions about any of these events please contact the host conservation organization.

Thank you again for your support to community conservation in Downeast Maine.
